Refund and Returns Policy

Should you determine that the International Driver’s Permit is no longer requisite or should you find our services unsatisfactory, kindly return the document within 7 days of purchase to claim a refund. Please take note that shipping fees and the Urgent process fee are non-refundable.

For the completion of your return process, we necessitate a receipt or proof of purchase.

There exist particular circumstances under which partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  1. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error.
  2. Items returned more than 7 days following delivery.
Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, an email notification will be sent to confirm the reception of your returned item. Subsequently, you will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund. Should your refund be approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
